Each of the apartments will be equipped with a sensor smart home display for heating control, air conditioning, lighting and access systems. You don’t have to install different devices as all the operations are made using one control panel. With the panel you can easily change the floor heating temperature, air temperature and conditioning in every room. The display has entry phone functions which allow you to open the entrance door. Also you can control utility meters for water and electricity consumption using your smart home display.
The Smart home program was designed to combine different functions. For example, the heating temperature can be adjusted with the weather forecast and air-conditioning mode can be selected in accordance with the calendar.
When leaving the house all the illumination can be switched off by pressing one button. The air conditioning system is turned into the economy mode and the security system is activated.
Similarly when you go to bed, all lights in the apartment can be put out with one hit of the button, and the air conditioning and security systems are switched into a night mode.

Automatic window shutters
One of the special technological and design features of the complex is automatic window shutters with a remote control function.
Being an element of the outside decoration, external window shutters provide additional protection from wind and bad weather conditions and create privacy at your home.
Wooden parts are made from the heat-processed pine wood. The stability of thermo wood gives the external blinds a long life. To maintain the rich and depth of color, its surface treated with natural pigmented wood oil or stain to protect the surface from sunlight and other weathering.
Only high temperature and steam are using in process, which makes the final product completely natural and chemical free.
Thermo wood corresponds to class 2 in resistance against decay according to the classification EN 113.
Additionally it is possible to install a software into Smart home system that will make window shutters follow the sun movement.
External window shutters are manufactured by well-known company LAKONIS (trademark SKIRPUS) in Lithuania.
Energy efficient solutions
Low energy consumption and low utility costs accrue through the use of energy-saving technologies. The buildings have B energy efficient class. The estimated capacity is 119 kWh / m² per year. There are solar panels installed on the roofs which generate and accumulate additional energy. The panels give 59,68 kWh/m² per year. Also the buildings are equipped with heat pumps, which supply the heating system with additional warm water. All the floors in apartments are heated. Hot water circulates around to keep the comfortable temperature inside the houses.
